Enrique Felices is currently the Head of Cabinet of Advisors of the Presidency of the Ministers of Peru. He is a lawyer with mention for outstanding achievement at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with a Law Degree from Yale University. For 15 years he was a partner of Miranda & Amado Abogados, specializing in the development and financing of infrastructure projects and competition law. He has been an associate attorney in the corporate department of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP in New York. He has been President of the Pro Bono Alliance in Peru and recognized in 2014 by Latin Lawyer as "Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year" in Latin America. He has been a member of the Executive Council of EnseñaPerú and is a board member of COFIDE Development Bank of Peru.
