Peter is the Director of TI-UK’s Business Integrity Programme and heads TI-UK’s business related activities, including research, advocacy and capability building. Recent works have included: “Managing Third Party Risk: Only as Strong as Your Weakest Link” and “ and “Wise Counsel or Dark Arts? Principles and Guidance for Responsible Corporate Political Engagement”.

Peter works with a number of industry and professional bodies on raising standards and represents TI on the Advisory Board of AIM PROGRESS, the European Brands Association’s Sustainable Supply Chain Integrity Initiative. He regularly speaks at conferences and lectures at a number of postgraduate courses in the UK.

Peter started his career writing economic and political risk reports at the EIU, followed by a stint at Shell’s Group Planning where he worked for the Chief Economist before taking on a variety of roles in logistics and management consulting and senior management for companies such as Accenture and Bertelsmann.

Peter has a BA in Economics from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, a MA in Latin American Studies from the Institute of Latin American Studies (University of London) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics, from Birkbeck College (University of London). He is a Member of the European Institute for Corporate Governance, a Fellow of the RSA and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
