I am a Rule of Law Program Manager with a decade of experience in the design and management of Rule of Law, Governance and Anti-corruption programs for USAID, INL, and other donors. I have developed or managed programs in Eastern Europe (Serbia & Kosovo); Latin America (Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Dominican Republic) and Sub-Saharan Africa (Nigeria, Uganda). As Senior Program Manager, I am responsible for expansion of our program portfolio and innovation in our program development. I am a native English speaker and fluent in Spanish. My interests include: Justice and Anti-Corruption; Procedural Fairness; Public Trust and Confidence in Judicial Systems; Social Scientific Study of Law; Governance Measurement and Performance Improvement Methodologies.
